1、The anti-corrosion & scaling mechanism of Gui Li Jing

Anti-corrosion: Trace active ingredients in Gui Li Jing isolate metal reacting with dissolved oxygen, prevent ferrous hydroxide turning to ferric hydroxide, namely passivating action. An amorphous self recovering protecting film will be generated on inner pipe wall, which is mono- molecularity, preventing dissolved oxygen corroding metal, thereby suppressing the entire corrosion.  　　Anti-scaling The main components effectively restrain and interfere with calcium carbonate crystal normal growth, and control nucleation rate, so that prevent the formation of scale; Meanwhile, the formed calcium, magnesium, and iron scale will interact with Gui Li Jing, pooled by Brownian motion or water flow effect. 　　Sanitation and Safety of food-grade Gui Li Jing  Gui Li Jing is differ from other water treatment chemical agents, it is a safe and sanitation-grade product, which can be used in drinking water pipelines and equipment. The dosing rate is 1-3ppm , which can play the role of preventing scaling and corrosion. This product has been passed the National Institutes of Health strict test, and gained "Beijing drinking water supply equipment and supplies health permits" (2006) JS No. 1292 by CDC Municipality Beijing., and certified by American National Sanitation Foundation, NSF, with registration number DCC.DA05199 NSF. 3、Dosing equipment selection.

The size of Gui Li Jing dosing tank depends on users’ average water requirement. A dosing tank filled with Gui Li Jing balls will be installed in the pipeline according with your daily water requirement. The Gui Li Jing will bring you an unexpected effect, through using it. "The original scale disappeared, as well as the yellow water, red water." What you need do is dosing chemical once a 3-6 months, while for household application one year period refill can be expected. When Gui Li Jing inside the container, it’s level is below the line which can be seen on the glass window , it means that refill is required. Amount of 1/3 of the initial loading in general required. 4. How to use Gui Li Jing and guide of dosing tank installation

1). Installing it on water pipelines where temperature is higher than 40 ° C is not recommended 2). Installing it on cold water pipes as close as possible to the water equipment 3). Under the condition of water requirement> 20m3/d, it is necessary to install a bypass for maintenance and adding chemicals during operation 4). Regarding to circulating water system, it should be installed in make-up water pipelines rather than on circulating pipelines 5). If some water remains in the dosing tank for a long time, suppose 1-2 weeks, Gui Li Jing will make the first passing water little pale color, but is not affecting use. It is recommended to  drain tap water 1-2 times per day for aesthetic perception or taking out for storage after drying in air.The restarting within 24hr of shutdown will not affected the treatment effect of the installation.
